The clamp holds the bike in place along with a couple bungy straps on each tire to hold them in place. This works much better than the monstrous frame I built from 2X4’s and the tie down straps that prevented using the space up front. I bought 2 and like them both.

Great product, holds our Velotric Fold 1 securely in place, we will be purchasing a second clamp soon for my wife’s bike. So much easier than having to install our heavy hitch mounted bike rack for a quick trip across town.

Works great. It holds my bike upright with no problem. Have hauled my bike with EZ Rack Bike clamp in town on the freeway and on curvy mountain roads with out a problem. I would definitely this product for anyone wanting to haul their bike in the truck bed

We carry our e-bikes in our truck bed, which we tow behind the motor home. If you are looking for a simple truck bed bike rack I recommend you look at the E-Z Rack. I love mine! It’s well made and designed to handle heavy E-bikes. It’s very solid and works great, even with my truck cap on.
