The product worked great. The customer service fantastic. I was able to email questions and got almost immediate response. One part was broken upon delivery. I emailed the problem with a photo and they shipped a replacement that same day. Highly recommend.

We used these for the first time in the back of our Ram truck pulling our RV. If you know anything about pulling an RV and going over bridges and bucking as you go, then you know how much motion you can have. The bikes never moved!!!! It is a game changer for us. No more crawling around in the back of the truck to hook up straps. We had been using 3 ratchet straps to stabilize the bikes or folding them and pulling them in bins. None of that this trip, they were awesome. We did have an issue with a strap, but was able to use a different hole and it still worked. I let Scott know when we got home and he responded immediately and has sent us 2 new straps. (The straps are from a different company.) We have 2 SP750 Lectric bikes. They are heavy and the bike clamps held without any problems. Small, but mighty. Thanks Scott.
I ordered the wrong ones but Scott took great care and helped me with the return and got the replacements out immediately. Also the racks work great

These bike clamps are amazing! I’m able to secure my bikes to the side of my truck bed and still have the center space available. Scott has been super helpful with getting me the right clamps to fit my truck bed with the specific truck bed cover that I have. Super prompt at responding to my emails and helped me configure the system that I needed. The clamps are easy to attach and secure. I think they’ll last a long time!
I contacted the company with a question before purchasing the bike clamp and got an answer really fast. I appreciate the quick response. Shipping was fast and the clamp actually arrived a day earlier than expected.
The clamp is easy to install and seems to hold my e-bike pretty steady. I haven't taken the bike anywhere since getting the clamp but it's really nice to be able to leave it attached with my tonneau cover in place.
Works so well I am going to order another one!
