This is an excellent product. Easy to use. The customer service was outstanding. I was able to email with questions and got a response almost immediately. Finally one part arrived broken. I email the company and the sent a replacement the same day.

It is a good product but we had an issue with a piece on the arm that cracked. We alerted by email about it to help quality control and we were immediatly contacted and they shipped out replacement parts. Thank you

We used these for the first time in the back of our Ram truck pulling our RV. If you know anything about pulling an RV and going over bridges and bucking as you go, then you know how much motion you can have. The bikes never moved!!!! It is a game changer for us. No more crawling around in the back of the truck to hook up straps. We had been using 3 ratchet straps to stabilize the bikes or folding them and pulling them in bins. None of that this trip, they were awesome. We did have an issue with a strap, but was able to use a different hole and it still worked. I let Scott know when we got home and he responded immediately and has sent us 2 new straps. (The straps are from a different company.) We have 2 SP750 Lectric bikes. They are heavy and the bike clamps held without any problems. Small, but mighty. Thanks Scott.
I ordered the wrong ones but Scott took great care and helped me with the return and got the replacements out immediately. Also the racks work great
